Creating art is how I continue to grow, explore, and stay connected to the creative process. My personal work is driven by curiosity and a desire to experiment with materials, ideas, and techniques. Maintaining my own artistic practice allows me to bring authenticity into the classroom. As both an artist and educator, I understand the challenges and rewards of creating, and I strive to model the same creativity, perseverance, and willingness to take risks that I encourage in my students.
